Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Paramount Interiors. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging (e.g., rolls must be uncut, tiles in original boxes).
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made items (e.g., cut-to-size artificial grass, customized blinds).
Used or installed flooring/wallpaper.
3. Return Process To initiate a return:
Email us at contact@paramountinteriors.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a pickup.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., color doesn’t match decor), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Transfer).
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at comtact@paramountinteriors.in
